Chad answered our calls in a timely manner and was very patient with our questions. We didn't end up working with him because we needed someone to serve documents in a remote area they don't cover. However Chad kindly made other recommendations. Super helpful!

I work for a law firm located out of state, and Assurance Investigations and Process Service were very quick and helpful with process service as I am not familiar with the metropolitan areas in CO. I appreciated that I could upload the service documents and pay online, and the return of service was emailed to me quickly (no mailing payments, having to wait for a quote, or waiting for a return of service to be mailed).
